micrometer functionality. The inlet pressure can be adjusted at
the spray gun. Intergrated air micrometer and the pressure setting
will be displayed at the digital readout in the spray gun handle.
• Allows for extact setting of inlet pressure for perfect
finish results: The exact, digital pressure reading in the spray
gun handle reliably prevents colour matching differences. The
adjustment of the pressure recommended by the paint manufacturer
is directly affected by the air micrometer on the spray gun, thus
a separate micrometer is not necessary.
• No need for a bulky external air micormeter with gauge
at gun: The Digital spray guns are 20 % shorter and 20 % more
light-weight than spray guns with built-on gauge and micrometer
- thus allowing a further simplified handling when painting.
• Gun washer safe - lens 2mm thick 800 psi and 500deg Fahrenheit.
Accurate to +/- 1.6% at 70psi Also the cleaning of these spray
guns is easy: No complicated dismantling of separate micrometers
and gauges, but they can be completely put in the gun washer.

• Rapid work is ensured by the particularly wide fan and the

flow rates. The slightly higher air cap pressure, compared to HVLP
guns,
gives the feeling of working with a conventional high pressure gun.
Thus,
switching to a VOC conforming gun is made easy.
• Finest atomization and a top-class finish are ensured by
the optimized high pressure. Even with the latest generation of
High Solid materials, an excellent atomization quality is achieved.
• Highest profitability - the SATA® RP™ technology
ensures transfer efficiencies considerably above 65 % required by
VOC legislation. Therefore, this extra fast high performance gun

paint (approx. 30 % compared to a conventional high pressure gun).
