•The VTX18 and VTX30 HVLP spray gun is a midsize, lightweight spray gun ideal for wood finishing application of non-grain raising dye, toner stains, semi-wipe stains. The new jet impingement orifice technology provides more consistent and uniform spray patterns and eliminates "mottling" and "haloing".

The VTX spray gun uses the patented internal jet impingement technology to pre-atomize wood stains. This unique feature reduces the incidence of mottling typically seen on other types of HVLP spray guns. Standard Model VTX-30 includes .030" orifices in the fluid nozzle for flow rates of 15 to 25 oz/min. (also avail for very thin and watery stain Model VTX-18 includes .018" orifices in the fluid nozzle for flow rates less than 15 oz/min.)
The VTX is designed to provide maximum transfer efficiency by limiting air cap pressure to 10 psi (complies with rules issued by SCAQMD and other air quality authorities). The gun is intended for use with a pressure feed paint supply only.
