SUCTION
FEED: Suction feed is an older traditional design. It has lower atomization power and not recommended by for wood products. However many people have become accustomed to this design. For those who like this style of spray guns, we have a large selection of the most modern suction feed spray guns on the market, many that work well for wood products. We generally recommend 2.0 - 2.2 tip sets for wood.
GRAVITY
FEED: Woodworkers
have found the convenience and ease of use of gravity feed spray guns.
Benefits
are ease of use and ease of cleanup. If you use standard wood materials these guns produce a fantastic professional finish. Worried about the cup on the top? Most guns come with multiple cup sizes and / or liners or disposable cups which allow you to spray at any angle or even upside down.
PRESSURE
FEED: Most woodworkers choose pressure feed systems. Pressure Systems give a woodworker tremendous control over
their spraying. This is great for traditional materials but the fine control is also great for unique and unconventional
material and / or finishes. Pressure feed systems provide not only great control over material delivery but also, great versatility in capacity. Presure feed systems all hookup to
many sizes of pressure pots. 1 quart on the gun, 2 quart off the gun, 2 gallon which holds a 1 gallon paint can or 5 gallon which fits 5 gallon pails, etc.
Air Assisted Airless (AAA): High production shops will enjoy the production speed of an air assisted airless system or AAA. These
setups are used for large shops and production houses. Our CAT systems provide a fantastic finish quality If you own a large facility or simply produce many pieces per month, look at our superior Air Assisted Airless System - the "Bobcat". Guaranteed superior or your money back! Simply the finest
